Kenny Chesney won two Billboard Music Awards on Sunday night (May 21), including the one he arguably wanted most of all.

The "Bar at the End of the World" singer took Top Country Tour and Top Country Collaboration, the latter being his song "Setting the World on Fire" with Pink. Chesney bested Luke Bryan and the Dixie Chicks for Top Country Tour, and he immediately dedicated it to his fans and crew, calling out the band, riggers, caterers and ticket and merchandise staff.

"Obviously, we take our show really seriously," Chesney said in a statement provided to Taste of Country. "People give us a piece of their summer, and we want to make sure it’s something worth hanging onto ... this award is for everyone who touched one of our shows!"

Chesney as also nominated for a third BBMA on Sunday, but the award for Top Country Song went to Florida Georgia Line with "H.O.L.Y." Chesney did not walk the Billboard Music Awards magenta carpet.

He's also unlikely to be nominated for the award in 2018, as he has a very limited touring schedule this year. However, he is set to play Country Jam in Grand Junction, Colo. next month, one of just nine dates on his schedule.

Chesney, Chris Stapleton and Hillary Scott all learned they won awards before the 2017 Billboard Music Awards. Stapleton won Top Country Album and Scott and her band won Top Christian Song.
