The biggest country touring artist on the planet will be coming to western Colorado next year. Kenny Chesney has just been announced as the headliner for Country Jam 2017 in Grand Junction, Colo.

The announcement came just before Blake Shelton took the stage at the Country Jam Ranch. Shelton was the first name revealed for the 2016 festival, with the Zac Brown Band, Lee Brice and Brad Paisley following as headliners for this year's four-day country music and camping festival. Chesney's involvement next year builds upon 25 years of great Country Jam lineups. With more superstars to come, 2017 promises to be unforgettable.

Country Jam 2017 will take place June 15-18, 2017. VIP and reserved ticket holders for the 2016 Country jam can renew now, as can campers and Country Club ticket holders from 2016.

Chesney is a four-time Entertainer of the Year with over 30 million albums sold. The "Noise" singer is arguably the greatest country entertainer of his generation and the first to fill football stadiums with regularity. He'll bring a setlist of songs from an upcoming album to the show, as well as many of his 20 No. 1 singles.

Fans can get tickets to 2017 Country Jam online at the festival website. Be sure to subscribe to the festival's Facebook and Twitter page to stay up to date on the latest news.
