Sure, the third time is a charm, but if you're Texas country icon Kevin Fowler, the third time is just the icing on the cake. Fowler's singalong hit single 'Hell Yeah, I Like Beer' is enjoying its third week at No. 1 on the Texas music chart. If that's not a reason to crack open an iced cold one, we're not sure what is!

Just behind Fowler, Casey Donahew and the Turnpike Troubadours are enjoying their new positions in spots 2 and 3, up from 4 and 5 just last week. Unfortunately for Eli Young Band, that means that their hit single, 'Crazy Girl,' is seeing a slowdown of radio spins -- putting them at No. 5 as of August 2.

Click back next week as the numbers change and new Texas famers lose their footing or gain ground. By this time next Tuesday, Fowler's luck could be long gone!
