Perhaps the most unique aspect of Kix Brooks' home is that it uses reclaimed structural beams, milled from remnants of old tobacco warehouses. Inside the home, one will also find a commercial-grade kitchen, a three-story staircase and, of course, a wine cellar for the hitmaker to store bottles of his Arrington Vineyards reserves.

The windows on the home were imported from Germany, and at the time of purchase, the wooded entrance was accented with wildflowers from local and endangered plant species. Nashville City Paper says the house was the most expensive home purchase of 2008.
