Kristian Bush of Sugarland has become a professional wedding singer now that his tune “Forever Now (Say Yes)” is the theme to TLC’s Say Yes to the Dress.

He appeared on the Today show on May 12 as part of the program's live wedding special, and performed the tune while the newlyweds shared their first dance. Wedding guests and hosts Kathy Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb were of course in attendance, and looked on as the happy couple moved across the dance floor together.

Bush also attended the ceremony earlier in the program, and joined them for a champagne toast afterward. Check out the clip from the show above to see Bush’s national wedding gig.

The artist helped make wedding dreams come true for another special couple when he made a cameo on Say Yes to the Dress Friday (May 13) as his guitar tech’s fiancee searched for the perfect gown. He tagged along with his buddy Frankie Stabile, helping him review the dresses as bride-to-be Evyn modeled her favorites.

Bush has been working on a new record — his second as a solo artist — which he says he is really enjoying creating.

"I'm about a month into writing and recording my new album right now, and I love how it sounds so far," he tells ET. "I feel a responsibility to make music that makes people feel good when they hear it. Music that makes me feel good when I play it. It's something I discovered on Southern Gravity and I'm committed to staying in that groove."
