Lady Antebellum kicked off the We Own the Night Tour last weekend in Tulsa, Okla., and made sure opening acts Darius Rucker and Thompson Square got plenty of attention. The trio invited the others back to the stage in the middle of the show to sing the classic Doobie Brothers song 'Black Water.'

The video below shows all six singers onstage taking various parts of the fun, but technical, harmony. A song like this doesn't come together unless it's been previously rehearsed.

This isn't the first time Lady A have sung the classic rock hit. During last winter's We Own the Night Tour, the group invited Josh Kelley and Edens Edge to the stage to recreate the song. Other covers from the 2011 tour included 'Midnight Rider' by the Allman Brothers Band and 'Sweet Emotion' by Aerosmith.

The We Own the Night Tour continues on Friday night in Huntington, W.V.
