Last night, the faces of country music came together in Nashville for the 'Music Builds: CMT Disaster Relief Concert' special to raise money for the victims of the recent storms in the south, which produced wrecking tornadoes and devastating floods. Lady Antebellum, Keith Urban, Sara Evans and more were a part of the push to help those in need, and offered their talents to encourage other to offer their pocket books. Yesterday, we brought you rehearsal pictures, and today we've rounded up a gallery of pictures from the actual event.

The 90-minute disaster relief show also featured performances from Gretchen Wilson, Alabama, Ronnie Dunn, Hank Williams Jr., Tim McGraw and Trace Adkins. The storms hit home for many of the artists involved, and they wanted to bring their best efforts to speed up the rehabilitation process. "I just couldn’t believe what I was seeing on TV.  Alabama is home -- I am really pumped about helping. I want to raise a lot of money, and thanks to my good friends, we are going to be able to make a difference," Williams said.
