Lady Antebellum fans who can't wait until September 13 are getting a special treat this afternoon, as the country trio has let two new songs from their upcoming 'Own the Night' album slip out. One was released to iTunes Monday morning, while the other was captured on video at a weekend concert in Canada.

On Monday morning, the band tweeted about a new song available on iTunes. 'Dancin' Away With My Heart' is a slow, rolling ballad sang by Charles Kelley and Hillary Scott. "I haven't seen you in ages / Sometimes I find myself wondering where you are / For me you'll always be 18 / And beautiful / And dancing away with my heart," they sing during the chorus. It's a song about missing a summer love, a popular topic these days.

On Friday night at the CMT Music Festival in Canada, Lady Antebellum performed new song 'Friday Night.' This song also comes loaded with summer attitude, but the fun rocker is much more cheerful than 'Dancin' Away With My Heart. "I wanna be your lemonade in the shade / Put me in your pocket 'cause you just got paid, babe / I wanna be your Friday night sweet ride / Summertime sunshine barefoot in the moonlight," Kelley and Scott sing together. Despite being a relatively new addition to their setlist, the pair perform the song with the confidence and polish fans have come to expect from their entire set list.

'Own the Night' will be available in stores and at digital retailers on September 13. It's the band's third album, following theie mega-successful 'Need You Now' album which sold over 3.5 million copies. Fans can hear a clip of all 12 songs of the project at Amazon.
