Wheels are up, and they're off! Lady Antebellum's Wheels Up tour has officially taken flight, and it's going to be one heck of a summer for the trio and their guest openers. The group touched down for a night of fun at Michigan's Energy Theater last Friday (June 19), and Taste of Country was there for the party.

Popular country newcomer Sam Hunt has the privilege of opening for the "Bartender" singers, but if you didn't know better, you'd think he'd been headlining his own shows for years. Hunt wowed the crowd with hot singles like "Leave the Night On" and "Take Your Time," and even bravely walked into the crowd to sing along with the throngs of screaming girls. As you can see, it wasn't long before he was surrounded. Talk about a show-stealer!

Of course, the main act was just as epic, but in a toned-down way. Their harmonies and hit singles from over the years got the crowd singing along and swaying to the music. Dave Haywood, Charles Kelley and Hillary Scott showed Michigan why they're country music's top trio with music old and new, like from their latest release, 747.

Missed the show? That's okay. Live it through our live shots, then check to see if the Wheels Up tour is heading to your area!
