Prior to last week's show in Columbus, Ga., Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood of Lady Antebellum took a few of their bandmates to learn the skills of a sharp-shooter at the US Army base at Fort Benning. In their most recent 'Webisode Wednesday' episode, fans can watch highlights from their afternoon.

It's not clear if Haywood -- in his best pair of 'Ellen' underwear -- or Kelley was the better marksman, or why Hillary Scott decided to skip out on this trip. Both men get lessons from a trained instructor, who shows off his talents near the end of the two-minute clip. Unfortunately, someone sticks a Lady Antebellum guitar pick on a target 250 meters away, and the instructor puts a bullet through Scott's heart.

This weekend, the trio has shows in Chicago, Omaha, Neb. and Minneapolis, Minn. before a day off on Monday and a tour leg in Canada next week. They're nominated for four 2012 ACM Awards, including Vocal Group of the Year and Album of the Year for 'Own the Night.' That broadcast airs on CBS on April 1, and it's one you won't want to miss.
