For just the third time ever, two brand-new competitors will face off in the Taste of Country Showdown. This only happens when a song has been retired to the Showdown Hall of Fame, as is the case after last week's champion, Brantley Gilbert, watched his new song 'You Don't Know Her Like I Do' win for a fourth straight week. Gilbert's hit toppled Dolly Parton's new single 'The Sacrifice' by an overwhelming 3-to-1 margin, allowing him to join Scotty McCreery as the only artists with Hall of Fame credentials.

This week, 'American Idol' runner-up Lauren Alaina faces off against Lee Brice. Alaina's new single 'Georgia Peaches' is the second from her debut album, 'Wildflower.' She says the feisty song fits her personality and shows plenty of sass in the new music video seen below.

Brice's latest single, 'A Woman Like You,' couldn't be more different, although it also shows a new side of the recently engaged singer's personality. The South Carolinian takes a softer approach than his fans are used to, allowing the gentle guitar and subtle emotions to drive this heartwarming ballad.

Listen to both songs and decide which you prefer. After you vote, but sure to tell your Lauren Alaina or Lee Brice-loving friends about the Showdown, too. The deadline to vote is Jan. 15 at 11:59PM ET.

Showdown Rules: The artist and song with the most votes wins, and winner goes on to face next week’s challenger. If an artist wins four weeks in a row, he or she will be retired into the Taste of Country Showdown Hall of Fame to allow for new songs to compete.
