LeAnn Rimes' ex-husband, Dean Sheremet, is giving marriage a second go. The 30-year-old chef married Sarah Silver, a photographer, in New York City on Tuesday. Sheremet and Rimes split in mid-2010 on amicable terms, though it was later revealed that the country singer was seeing now-husband Eddie Cibrian behind his back. Rimes and Sheremet were married for seven years.

Despite his past with Rimes, the Nobu 57 chef is going into this new beginning with an incredibly positive outlook. He tells Us Weekly, "Everyone says I'm getting a second chance at love, but I think I'm just doing it right for the first time."

Sheremet and Silver said "I do" at New York City Hall on Tuesday morning, August 30. The bride wore a non-traditional short, red, one-shoulder dress, while the groom sported a simple suit with no tie.

In a video posted on Sheremet's Tumblr page -- with the caption "happy happy day" -- we see the couple exit the city building and walk onto the front steps arm in arm, smiling happily.

Rimes tied the knot again just a few months ago. She and Cibrian joined hands in a surprise ceremony on April 22.
