Shortly after LeAnn Rimes and then-husband Dean Sheremet took residence in this Franklin, Tenn. pad, word began to get around that she'd taken an interest in actor Eddie Cibrian. Whether or not that's why they decided to sell in early 2009, one can only speculate. The Real Estalker has more pictures of the ultra-modern furnishings in Rimes' former home, plus a little more back story.

This new house has just four bedrooms, but six full and three half-bathrooms. There's also a guest house and wiring for an in-home studio. Additionally, one can find a yoga studio, private balcony off the master suite and 360-degree windows. It's a gorgeous home, which was meticulously planned by the country singer and her former man.
