After spending 30 days in treatment to help herself cope with anxiety and stress, LeAnn Rimes is back on stage and ready to open up about what prompted her enter a rehab program. Despite dealing with a lawsuit and heading out on tour, Rimes claims to be in a good place.

“I’m happy and healthy,” Rimes said (according to Radar Online). “I just want to be happier and healthier more consistently. I don’t want to wake up and not truly be enjoying my life and these amazing things around me.”

Despite being a popular country star and having a solid marriage to Eddie Cibrian, Rimes admits that she has some harmful self-confidence issues.

“Sometimes when I look in the mirror, I see a child then I look and see a woman who should be turning 60,” she said. “I’ve always taken care of anyone else, and I think I’ve buried some issues for a long time.”

In the past few years, Rimes has been the subject of scrutiny. Her marriage to Cibrian raised some eyebrows because the actor was still married when he met Rimes. But despite the constantly swirling rumor mill, it sounds like the country singer is working hard to stand her ground. After two women recorded a conversation with Rimes and used it as fodder to slam her on the Internet, the ‘Spitfire’ singer fought back by pressing charges.

“I’ve been built up and torn down, built up and torn down,” she told recently told PEOPLE. “It’s been difficult to tune people out, especially in the last few years.”

“Now, I’m starting to care more about me and not what anyone else thinks,” she added.

In the middle of a hectic lawsuit and 30 days in treatment, Rimes still managed to push full speed ahead with her 2012 tour. She is currently is in the middle of her touring schedule. Click here for a full list of the singer’s upcoming appearances.
