Brad Paisley took the opening acts on his Beat This Summer tour go-karting recently, but he may not do it again. Clara Henningsen from family trio the Henningsens and Lee Brice were involved in an accident that knocked the 'Parking Lot Party' singer's helmet off.

In an interview with Dan Van from radio consultant firm Albright & O'Malley & Brenner, the Henningsens talked about the night out. Brother Aaron revealed the on-track scrape. “She hit Lee Brice," he said (according to Got Country), as his sister clarifies that she t-boned her fellow singer. "This is like, I’m not kidding 40MPH go-karts and that’s a crash."

Both were wearing helmets, but the impact knocked Brice's off. No significant injuries were sustained, although Clara said she was sore for three days following the night, which lasted until 3AM. Video evidence exists, but the band say they might be holding it for a future music video.

It's the second time in a month a country star has been injured in a go-kart accident. In early July, Jake Owen shattered his hand during a crash that occurred as he raced NASCAR's Clint Bowyer and Kevin Harvick. His injuries required surgery, but he didn't miss any shows.
