"I remember the first time I went deer hunting with my dad. We had an absolute blast, and I was addicted [to hunting] for the rest of my life. If I could say anything to dads out there, it’s get your kids outside. Get them into hunting and get them into fishing. I read a statistic that kids who hunt are extremely least likely to be involved with drugs and crime. People are like wow, I wonder why that is, but just think about it … when you’re a kid and you’re going hunting, someone has to take you. You can’t go by yourself. So who takes you? It’s probably your dad or your uncle or a father figure. What that’s doing is forcing you to spend one-on-one time with your son. That’s a huge role in life. That’s a big time in life where you get things instilled in you at an early age. - Tyler Farr
