Every Monday night performance from the Song Suffragettes singer-songwriter group ends with a cover, and recently the girls put a spin on Kelsea Ballerini's hit song "Love Me Like You Mean It." It's an infectious recreation that makes the most of all five talented singers.

Ballerini has actually sat in with Song Suffragettes, and she's a friend of the #LetTheGirlsPlay movement. Her song is Top 5 and rising — quite a feat as it's been over two years since a female solo artist scored a Billboard No. 1 hit. It's been even longer since a newcomer notched her first chart-topper on Billboard. But we're knocking on wood as not to jinx her.

From left to right, this week's performers are Mignon Grabois, Karli Chayne, Kalie Shorr, Betsy Lane and Andrea Thomas. Each singer takes part of a verse or the chorus while the other four back her up with original vocals. For the most part they stay true to Ballerini's original, however. Look for Song Suffragettes every Monday night at the Listening Room Cafe in Nashville.
