The Song Suffragettes girls want to make sure you have a very merry Christmas. Recently, the group performed a holiday classic during a Monday night #LetTheGirlsPlay show in Nashville. Watch as the girl singers re-create "Santa Baby."

Hailey Steele, Jenny Ray, Kalie Shorr, Lena Stone and Anna Graceman are the singers from left to right. Shorr and Stone are two of Taste of Country's featured #LetTheGirlsPlay artists from months past. The other three are newcomers who are also looking for their big break in Music City. As usual, Shorr begins, and plays guitar.

Graceman takes the second half of the playful Christmas classic before the others help fill the song out. Together they stay true to Eartha Kitt's classic. "Santa Baby" has been covered by dozens of females in the years since, with Kellie Pickler making it popular in country circles most recently.

The #LetTheGirlsPlay movement was started to give talented female singers and songwriters the chance to be seen and heard. Until Kelsea Ballerini notched a No. 1 hit in June, it'd been over two years since a woman was on top of the Billboard Country Airplay Chart. Taste of Country is a proud supporter of this movement. Monthly, we put a spotlight on one talented, rising female star. Read all about December’s artist HERE.
