Spring is shaking out to good start for country star Luke Bryan, whose new single 'Country Girl (Shake it For Me)' is turning out to be a record-setter for him. The song debuted as a No. 1 country digital single. After notching 105,498 digital single sales, it marks the biggest digital debut in Bryan's career, so congrats are in order for the singer.

As if that accolade weren't enough, it's also the second highest digital sales debut for a country artist this year. The song will appear on Bryan's new album, which arrives this summer, and is currently one of his fastest rising singles to date.

In addition to enjoying impressive digital sales numbers, the always lively Bryan is currently shakin' it for fans while on tour with Tim McGraw and the Band Perry as part of the Emotional Traffic Tour. Yesterday, the video for 'It's a Shore Thing' was nominated for Best Web Video of the Year by the CMT Music Awards. The clip was shot during Luke’s Spring Break show in Panama City, Fla.
