Luke Bryan is headed back to the farm. The country singer announced his eighth-annual Farm Tour on Tuesday morning, set for later this year. The farm run will span from Oct. 5 to Oct. 15 in eight cities at eight different farm locations.

A portion of the ticket proceeds from the 2016 Farm Tour will be given to the Luke Bryan Farm Tour Scholarship, a local college scholarship which helps students from a farming family pay for college.

In addition to his tour, Bryan will release a Farm Tour EP to coincide with the shows. It's the first time the singer has paired an EP with his Farm Tour. He retired his Spring Break shows and EPs last year with Checkin' Out.

Public sale for the Farm Tour dates starts June 24.

Last week, Bryan performed a free show at Rockefeller Center as a part of the Citi Concert series live on the Today show. Bryan's fans waited in the rain to hear him sing his current single “Huntin’, Fishin’ and Lovin’ Every Day.”

“When I step on stage I am energized,” Bryan shared with the show's hosts. “If I’m not out there having fun, then I won’t be in this business anymore.”

Bryan is touring the U.S. this summer on the second leg of his Kill the Lights Tour with Little Big Town and Dustin Lynch.
