Though Luke Bryan's schedule has been packed lately as he promotes the release of his new record Kill the Lights, the star still managed to find time to give one selfless fan the surprise of a lifetime.

When Lisa Hayes — who donated a kidney to her mother in January 2014 — heard a knock at her door, she was shocked to find none other than the “Kick the Dust Up” singer on her doorstep, ready to take her on a dream behind-the-scenes experience.

After the excited screams and hugs subsided, Hayes was treated to a ride on Bryan’s tour bus with the artist and her family, singing together, dancing and chatting all the way to the venue, where Hayes would get to sit front row for the concert. But first, Bryan played an acoustic song on the bus, FaceTimed with Hayes' friends and even took them backstage at the concert.

Hayes’ mother had contacted Bryan’s staff and told them about her daughter’s selfless act, which Bryan wanted to return with the special visit. The experience was originally part of Fox’s new show Knock Knock Live, which surprises fans with celebrity visits and random acts of generosity, but it was cancelled before Hayes’ segment aired. Thankfully, the whole thing was caught on tape and put together in a montage by Hayes’ husband, which you can check out above.

Bryan’s Kill the Lights record debuted at No. 1 last week, making it his third consecutive chart-topping album release and the third-largest of 2015 across all genres. He’s been on his Kick the Dust Up tour in between promotional performances at Good Morning America, on Facebook Live and many others.
