Luke Bryan is pretty much planning to live on the road for the rest of 2011. With 'Tailgates and Tanlines' out now and his trek with Tim McGraw on the Emotional Traffic Tour winding down, Bryan will headline the CMT on Tour trek. The singer has also managed to put together the third edition of his Farm Tour in the middle of all this road activity. The Farm Tour spans six dates, and the proceeds are donated to a worthy cause, which is a scholarship for a student residing in each town. The student will be able to attend the local community college.

"We just want to have a little fun in the fall," Bryan says. "I think what's cool about the Farm Tour is these things are a big event for these towns. I just love the fact that people can come out and have a big time, listen to some music. It's a fun experience all the way around. I want to do what I can to keep it rocking."

The tour is designed for the type of rural community that the singer himself was raised in. "We look forward to bringing music into some of these areas where concert tours can't get to. There's nothing like building a tour set in the middle of a crop field," he notes. Tickets are now available here.
