Singer Mallary Hope took to her social media pages to announce that she and husband Ryan Dokke are expecting their first child together!

Hope released her first EP, 'Love Lives On,' on August 9, 2009. She's best known for the EP's title track, which reached No. 42 on the country charts. Her other single, 'Blossom in the Dust,' also reached the Top 50 of the same charts the following year.

Hope married Dokke (who is the VP of Promotion at Curb Records) in April 2014, and they wasted no time expanding their little family. The singer posted a photo of her fur babies alongside What to Expect When You're Expecting and a photo of the sonogram. It was her way of letting the world in on the happy news.

"Coming February 2015," she captioned the post. Currently, Hope and Dokke are introducing their baby to the ocean while on vacation.

The two wed intimately, but Hope wants the world to know they didn't marry because of the pregnancy. “No I didn’t get knocked up and then get married,” she writes on her Instagram page. “I got married in April and this happened in May. Do the math. haha.” Hope insists the pair got married quickly due to the fact that she needed gallbladder surgery and Dokke has better health insurance than she does.

Congratulations to the family!
