Martina McBride Covers Sara Bareilles’ ‘Love Song’

Martina McBride is letting fans hear a few of the songs from her upcoming 'Eleven' album tonight during 'CMT Unplugged: Martina McBride.' The online only broadcast will debut at 8PM ET on CMT.com.

To promote the special, CMT has released this performance of McBride covering Sara Bareilles' 'Love Song.' The country singer only adds a tinge of country to the singer-songwriter's biggest hit. It's a version that's bound to make fans of both acts smile.

McBride's 'Eleven' album will be in stores on October 11. It features singles 'Teenage Daughters' and 'I'm Gonna Love You Through It.' In a press release, the singer says the six songs she helped write are some of the most personal songs of her career. “This is such an amazing time in my life and my career," she said. "I feel like I’ve been given the support and power to go into the studio and write and create an album that pushes the boundaries of what people expect of me, while still being true to myself."

The video for 'I'm Gonna Love You Through It' features women who've fought off cancer. Celebrities like Katie Couric, Robin Roberts and Sheryl Crow make guest appearances.
