Kenny Chesney isn't playing very many live shows in 2017, but he's making the shows he does have on the books count. The country superstar invited rising stars Midland to join him onstage at a show in Alabama on Friday night (Aug. 4) to perform "She Thinks My Tractor's Sexy."

Chesney performed at the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater in Tuscaloosa, Ala., on Friday, one of just a handful of live dates he's playing in 2017. Midland opened the show, but they weren't done. The retro-hip country group, whose debut single, "Drinkin' Problem," has just reached the Top 10, returned to the stage during Chesney's set to join the singer for "She Thinks My Tractor's Sexy," which scored him a hit when he released it as the third single from his Everywhere We Go album in 1999. The fun, uptempo song has become a staple of Chesney's epic live gigs over the years.

Midland shared the video above to Instagram late Friday night, showing the members of the band from behind as they form a four-man line with Chesney to belt out the chorus to his hit, then join him again for the final chorus after the modulation.

"Just singing She Thinks My Tractor's Sexy with Kenny Chesney," they write to accompany the video. "It's chill."

Chesney is set to perform at the Wharf Amphitheatre in Orange Beach, Ala., on Aug. 5, followed by two nights at the Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Conn., on Aug. 10 and 11. Those are the only smaller shows on a very limited schedule of dates that will also see him bring Thomas Rhett and Old Dominion to Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Mass., on Aug. 25.
