Country Babies Born in 2012: Zayne Wilson

Mindy McCready and her boyfriend David Wilson welcomed Zayne Wilson into the world on April 9. The singer was said to be expecting twins, but it turns out a doctor misread the ultrasound and the singer was only pregnant with one child. The birth came during an ongoing custody battle for McCready's first son, Zander.

“Zayne is truly a blessing and a joy,” McCready said in a statement. “It was a long and trying pregnancy. We’re so happy he’s here. There are no words to convey how happy we are.”
