Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton have only been married for a few months, but nevertheless, they get asked regularly when they're planning to expand their country brood with kids. Lambert appeared on 'The Talk' on Monday to chat about her music with the circle of ladies, and she also answered the ever-pressing question again.

The 'Baggage Claim' singer insisted that babies are not on her brain at the moment, and in fact, she and Shelton are still trying to learn how to work together as a couple. They still keep separate farms a few miles apart from one another. “It’s kind of cool because when we’re at home, since we’re on the road so much, we do like our space a little bit because we’re not used to being together so much … I think that’s gonna be good for us. ’Go to your house, you’re getting on my nerves,’” she said, joking with the talk show hosts.

While Lambert does admit to getting baby fever, they won't be starting a family right now -- at least not a human one. "Every time I’m like, 'Aww, kids are so cute.' Then a friend of mine will come over with their kids running absolutely everywhere, crazy. I’m like, 'Maybe we should wait a while,'" she spilled.

"I rescue animals and we have eight dogs. It’s like a ‘Brady Bunch,'" she added.
