Miranda Lambert Battles Food Poisoning

It was apparently a rough weekend for Miranda Lambert. The singer tweeted Sunday that she was suffering from a rough bout of food poisoning — and vowed to never eat the food that caused it again.

“Food poisoning….take this,” the ‘White Liar’ chart-topper tweeted, including a photo of a bottle of fruit-flavored Pedialyte. “That was a near death experience. No more shrimp for me.”

Thankfully, it seems that that the elecrolytes helped Lambert get back to her old self in no time. Only an hour after her initial tweet, the singer shared that she was fawning over her “hot” husband, Blake Shelton. “My husband is working in his truck,” she posted. “Why is that always so hot!!!”

We hope that Lambert is feeling better soon — maybe even well enough to try shrimp again … someday.
