Love Miranda Lambert? Love Little Big Town? Well, good news: Those who go to see them perform together on their upcoming Bandwagon Tour this summer might get an extra-special treat. The band and Lambert may actually trade off covers of each others' songs.

The tour is structured so that Little Big Town and Lambert will each play their own individual set, separately. Then they'll join up for a collaborative effort. As LBT's Karen Fairchild hinted to Sounds Like Nashville, the joint set just might include a lot of cover tunes...and that might include covering each other's songs. What tune of Lambert's would you like to hear LBT tackle? Or vice versa? It's almost too good to think about!

“It’s going to be a real event,” Fairchild agrees. “I think it’s going to be really special. I hope the fans feel the same way.”

"We love [Lambert],” LBT's Kimberly Schlapman added. “We were fans first and then friends, and been talking about trying to do something together on the road forever. It’s going to be a true collaboration.”

The Bandwagon Tour kicks off on July 12 Charlotte, N.C. , and will run through August.
