Miranda Lambert's new album is on the horizon and she wants to share album deets and a track list with her fans prior to its release date.

Lambert's upcoming album 'Platinum' is set to drop on June 3 and it has lots of her favorite artists performing with her on the record. Carrie Underwood is one of those. She joins Lambert for a song called 'Somethin' Bad.'

“I’m a huge fan of Carrie Underwood. She’s such a badass singer,” Lambert gushes of her fellow country star. “This rocker came across as I was listening to songs, and I decided to send it to her. To me, this song meshes our styles, you know? It gives her time to be ‘Before He Cheats’ Carrie, and it gives me time to take off running and jump to hit some of those high notes.”

Little Big Town also join Blake Shelton's wife for a song. 'Smokin' and Drinkin'' is a song that features the band -- and was originally pitched to the group. Ultimately, Lambert got the song but decided it was best as a collaboration.

"Karen told me, ‘You have a song I want!,'" Lambert explains. "So I said, ‘If I cut it, will y’all sing on it?’ This was at the CMT Awards, just joking around in the dressing room. But when I went in to record it, I thought, ‘If Little Big Town wants to sing on my record, we are damn sure taking advantage of it!’ I can’t even imagine what it would sound like without them.”

The 16-song record features songwriting by the singer and also features a song with the Time Jumpers on 'All That's Left.' Her newest single, 'Automatic,' appears on the upcoming record as well.
