Miranda Lambert’s new house sits an hour south of Nashville on 400 acres of green and farmland. Pictures show rolling hills, rustic living spaces and an enormous horse barn — it's very Miranda.

The superstar reportedly spent $3.4 million on a piece of property that includes three residences, a lake with boathouse and a six-bay garage. Variety says that there are 75 acres of fenced-in pastureland, as well as lighted walking trails that wind through the woods leading to a pavilion, with seating for 60 for those private concerts.

According to several real estate listing websites, the property sold in September. A photo posted to the singer’s Instagram earlier this week shows her sitting on a porch rail with guitar in hand. The scene matches several photos of the home found on Zillow.

Lambert has remained in Nashville since she and Blake Shelton divorced in July. He kept the the Oklahoma home they shared, while she reportedly got the 11,000 square-foot Nashville house they bought in 2013. In recent months she’s been seen around Music City often, and she's played several official and unofficial shows, including a benefit for the Women's Creators Fund in January.

The Instagram photo looks to confirm that Lambert is indeed working on new music. No official word on when fans can expect a new album has been spoken. The star's last album was Platinum, released in 2014. Earlier this year she announced plans for the Keeper of the Flame Tour, although she has not yet released tour dates.
