Two stars of ABC's 'Nashville' will headline a concert on the evening of the St. Jude Country Music Marathon. Charles Esten and Clare Bowen (Deacon and Scarlett from the hit series) will play Bridgestone Arena on April 26. For Esten, the cause is personal.

The actor reveals his teenage daughter was diagnosed with leukemia when she was two, and underwent nearly three years of chemotherapy. "She is completely healthy now and a runner herself. When you stop and think of all the fundraisers who have helped support the research that helped my daughter and so many other people’s children, it means everything to me."

At the concert, he'll be look for a group of runners known as St. Jude Heroes. These people raise money for the world class children's research hospital. The St. Jude Country Music Marathon happens on the morning of April 26, with the concert (also featuring Chase Rice) beginning at 7PM.

"I love it when you take something so meaningful to me and tie it to something so fun," Esten says.
