We know you're itching for spring already, but perhaps the new country music releases in February 2012 will be enough to keep you warm until the icy temps melt away?

Dierks Bentley will introduce one of the most anticipated albums of 2012 in February. 'Home' will impact on Feb. 7, and fans of the curly-haired singer should get excited -- the record was inspired by them. Bentley said in a press release, “This album is more than a year’s worth of writing, recording and testing out material on the road in front of our hardcore fans."

While Bentley's album is arguably the hottest record coming out this side of spring break, it's not the only one. The same day, a slew of artists will tip a collective hat to Waylon Jennings with a collaboration album.

Later in the month, just on the cusp of March, Craig Morgan will strut his stuff with 'This Ole Boy,' while Lyle Lovett will aim high with his latest, ‘Release Me.’ Texas icon Pat Green will also finally deliver new tunes on Feb. 28 in the form of 'Songs We Wish We’d Written II.’

Keep checking back to Taste of Country, as we'll be reporting on all of the new country music releases in February -- and every month thereafter -- as soon as they're available!
