New Country Music Releases for June 2015

A dozen country stars and newcomers have new music releases scheduled for June 2015. Two Texans — Kacey Musgraves and Willie Nelson — will put out two of the month's biggest projects, but highly anticipated albums from groups of newcomers may steal the headlines when the month is through.

A Thousand Horses Southernality (June 9) features "Smoke." Newbie Canaan Smith is also releasing his debut album, featuring the hit song "Love You Like That." Bronco drops on June 23.

Nelson's project with Merle Haggard is interesting. The two legends team up once again on this full-length project. Django and Jimmie honors Django Reinhardt and Jimmie Rodgers. Early reviews of the first single have been positive, but let's be honest ... these men are too smart talented to release garbage.

Also find releases from Billy Currington, Gloriana and Corey Smith in June. Musgraves will release her long-awaited followup to Same Trailer, Different Park on June 23. Pageant Material features the clever "Biscuits," as well as 12 other songs co-written by the singer.
