Looking for a good way to get your hip-hop loving friends to that hoedown? Try this amazing bluegrass remix of Nicki Minaj's latest hit, 'Anaconda.'

In their latest installment of genre-bending remixes, the popular YouTube channel Postmodern Jukebox drops a vintage bluegrass hoedown version of Minaj's popular song, complete with a banjo, upright bass and overalls instead of booty shorts.

"Well, a bunch of you requested this one, and after hearing Nicki Minaj's 'Anaconda,' we just knew that we had to cover it," says founder Scott Bradlee. "Watch Robyn Adele Anderson and guest banjoist Matt Bruer change the meaning of this song by rendering it as a bluegrass ditty."

And change it they did. The song is just as fun as Minaj's version, which heavily samples the infamous 'Baby Got Back' by Sir Mix-a-Lot, but with a country flair that fans are sure to love. Anderson impressively matches Minaj's quick-as-lightning vocal delivery, but with lyrics that have been changed to praise the merits of the banjo more than the butt.

Postmodern Jukebox has shot to YouTube fame for taking popular songs and turning them on their head with old-school remixes like Miley Cyrus's 'We Can't Stop' in vintage doo wop style,  Macklemore's 'Thrift Shop' as a ragtime diddy and Jason Derulo's 'Wiggle' as a Broadway tune -- complete with tap dancing instead of twerking!

Needless to say, it's just our kind of remix. Enjoy!
