NOW That's What I Call Music! and the Academy of Country Music have teamed up for the first time to release NOW That's What I Call ACM Awards 50 Years.

The newest addition to the best-selling album series will include two discs and a digital collection of songs from a variety of ACM artists. The album will be released on March March 31 in order to celebrate the 50th Academy of Music Awards, which will be broadcast live on April 19.

From modern standouts like "The House That Built Me" by Miranda Lambert and "Need You Now" by Lady Antebellum to time-tested classics like "Always on My Mind" by Willie Nelson and "He Stopped Loving Her Today" by George Jones, the album will hit with country fans of all ages and preferences. The discs will also include other hits from a myriad of country music's biggest stars and will serve as a musical time capsule for anyone who wants to explore the evolution of country music.

All proceeds from the ACMs 50 Years album will go to ACM Lifting Lives, the philanthropic branch of the Academy of Country Music. ACM Lifting Lives aims to improve lives through the healing and life-changing power of music.
