Phil Vassar gave fans a tour of his house before releasing the 'Prayer of a Common Man' album in 2008. The singer-songwriter showed off the most important rooms in the Nashville-area spread, including his writing room, which features a beautiful piano in front of a wall of windows. He says he's written a lot of songs at that piano. Not all have been good, but he's turned a few into hits.

Other highlights of the home include his bar, but not for the booze. He holds his most precious items there, including his father's flag from his military funeral. Up in the attic, he has another writing room. That's where he hides when he needs some quiet time away from his daughters.
