The legal battle between Taylor Swift and former radio host David Mueller continues.

In June of 2013, Mueller attended a meet-and-greet with Swift and was accused of groping the singer, which led to his firing from the radio station. In September of last year, the deejay filed charges against Swift, claiming that he was accosted by the superstar’s security, verbally abused at the show and was falsely accused of groping her.

Now Mueller is adding slander charges to the lawsuit, accusing the superstar of slandering him during their ongoing legal battle. According to the Hollywood Reporter, an amended complaint was filed by Mueller last Thursday (Feb. 25) and includes two slander claims. He says Swift's statements against him are not true and as a result have harmed his reputation in the profession.

The sole physical evidence in the case is the photograph taken at the meet-and-greet. While Mueller says Swift is smiling and hugging him and his girlfriend, his hand behind her is not visible. “It is clear her skirt is in place and is not being lifted by Mr. Mueller’s hand,” his complaint reads.

Swift’s complaint tells another story, reading, “The image depicted in the photograph of Ms. Swift with Melcher and Mueller speaks for itself.” After Mueller filed charges in September, Swift countersued.

“Ms. Swift knows exactly who committed the assault — it was Mueller — and she is not confused in the slightest about whether her long-term business acquaintance, Mr. Haskell, was the culprit,” the countersuit reads, according to People, which obtained the documents. “Resolution of this Counterclaim will demonstrate that Mueller alone was the perpetrator of the humiliating and wrongful conduct targeted against Ms. Swift, and will serve as an example to other women who may resist publicly reliving similar outrageous and humiliating acts.”

The counter lawsuit alleges that Mueller “intentionally reached under her skirt, and groped with his hand an intimate part of her body in an inappropriate manner, against her will, and without her permission,” adding, “Mueller did not merely brush his hand against Ms. Swift while posing for the photograph … He lifted her skirt and groped her.”
