During a chat with KMPS, country singer Randy Houser revealed a little nugget of information in relation to his cover of 'Ramblin' Man' on the Waylon Jennings tribute album, 'The Music Inside, Vol. 1: A Collaboration Dedicated to Waylon Jennings.'

Houser does Jennings proud with his rendition of this iconic song, and he agrees with the assessment that you have to have a bit of history to sing this particular song and do it justice, saying, "I've always tried not to sing or say anything I don't know anything about."

It's a very simple statement, but it rings incredibly true. A little bit of life experience helps to make his version of the song that much more powerful.
