It’s Randy Travis’ House!

Randy Travis sold this house in April 2012 for $1.3 million -- about $450,000 less than he listed it for two years earlier. The singer owned the property for over 20 years and rented it out for much of that time. The place is tucked into a secluded Hawaiian neighborhood that overlooks the ocean. "Picture-perfect" doesn't do the place justice, as a video shows.

The sale comes amidst some of Travis' legal troubles, but it's not clear that -- or his divorce -- had anything to do with selling. He listed it in March 2010 and it was on and off the market several times before the current owners took over. The place was built in 1979 and decorated with a Southwestern theme in mind.
