They might reign on the country charts, but the award-winning singers in Rascal Flatts aren't immune to falling ill. The popular trio have canceled this weekend's shows due to a rough bout with sickness.

Fortunately, the Flatts don't plan on leaving ticket holders to the next few shows high and dry. The band has already rescheduled the Tulsa, Okla. and Wichita, Kansas shows, which were originally scheduled to take place on Jan. 18 and 19. Now, Tulsa will take place on Aug. 10, and Wichita on Aug. 9.

The Band Perry will still be on the bill for both of the rescheduled shows. For fans who have a ticket to one of these concerts and can't make it to the rescheduled date, refunds are available at the point of purchase.

It's hard to say what's got the band down for the count this week, but with the flu sweeping the country, it's not surprising that at least one of the band members caught a bug.

In a statement on their website, the Flatts apologized to fans for the inconvenience and thanked everyone for their support.

Hopefully a little R&R will do the trick and the 'Banjo' hitmakers will be back on the road in no time. The most popular country stars get sick, too -- even though we think of them as being immune sometimes.
