Rascal Flatts will team up with Blake Shelton during Season 13 of The Voice. The trio was revealed as Team Blake advisors on Monday (Aug. 7).

Gary LeVox, Jay DeMarcus and Joe Don Rooney praised Shelton's ear for finding talent while raving about how much fun they're having working with him and his team. For the first time, the group got to witness the pressure of going from newbie to famous television star, practically overnight.

"This is so fast, you’re talking about a few months and you’re on the world’s stage," Rooney tells Extra. "It’s a whole level of pressure, it’s really impressive to see ... It’s really inspiring to all of us."

Shelton says he's also going to make Rascal Flatts perform with him, "because this is my show and people do what I tell them to do."

The 13th season of NBC's The Voice will begin on Sept. 25. Shelton's team has won five times, most recently during Season 11, when Sundance Head was crowned. In years past country stars like Luke Bryan, Brad Paisley, Little Big Town and Kelly Clarkson have advised for Team Blake. This year Billy Ray Cyrus will also be an advisor, but for his daughter Miley Cyrus.

Adam Levine and Jennifer Hudson will also serve as coaches. Rascal Flatts are coming off a No. 1 hit in "Yours If You Want It" and just announced a new single called "Back to Us," the title track to their most-recent album.
