It's safe to say that your marriage is off to a great start when your favorite artist shows up on your wedding day, and that's exactly what happened for one Wisconsin couple.

Rascal Flatts threw Sarah and Brandon for a loop when they showed up to their wedding to perform their first dance song, "God Bless the Broken Road," live. Gary Levox shares in a video about the experience that they were only an hour away from where the couple were getting married in Oshkosh, Wisc. on Saturday (June 24), and after hearing what big fans they are, they decided to drop in and offer the surprise of a lifetime as a wedding gift.

"We're getting to play their first dance as husband and wife and it's so special to be a part of that," Levox says on their way to the event.

Sarah and Brandon were beyond surprised to see the revered country act walk through the barn doors, with both of their jaws dropping in disbelief before the bride excitedly hugs the group members, crying tears of joy. "Thank you so much for making our wedding day literally unforgettable," Sarah tells the camera after the performance.

Rascal Flatts' latest album, Back to Uswas released in 2017 and scored the group their twelfth Top 10 when it debuted at No. 2 on Billboard's Top Country Albums chart, in addition to reaching the No. 11 spot on the all-genre Billboard 200. They'll head to Las Vegas for a string of dates at the Venetian Theatre for their 2017 show, A Night to Shine, with eight shows occurring throughout the month of October.
