Reba McEntire fans rejoice! The country superstar is back in the studio, and she's got the photos to prove it.

The fiery country legend teased via Instagram on Tuesday (Sept. 18) that's she in the studio recording some new tracks. In three back-to-back photos, we see a pair of headphones sitting on a stool in a studio, a shot of a soundboard with McEntire's name written in red and a look of her from behind as she stands at the mic in a recording booth, headphones covering her ears.

While McEntire gives no indication of what she's recording, she promises that music is on its way, simply writing in the caption, "Back at it in the studio #newmusic #comingsoon."

The mystery songs will be her first sample of new music since her Grammy-winning gospel album Sing It Now was released in early 2017. In addition to hosting the ACM Awards earlier this year, McEntire performed her career hit "Does He Love You" wearing the iconic red dress she donned at the 1993 awards ceremony.

The icon is set to receive one of the most significant honors in the arts realm when she's recognized at the 2018 Kennedy Center Honors on Dec. 26 and has been selected as the recipient of the inaugural Career Maker Award at the 2018 Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame Gala.

In the meantime, she'll host the CMA Country Christmas special for the second year in a row in Nashville and will perform alongside acts like Brad PaisleyBrett YoungMartina McBride and more. McEntire and longtime friends Brooks & Dunn continue to perform as part of their Together in Vegas show at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace with dates scheduled in October and December.
