Ronnie Dunn's first release as an independent artist is getting a warm welcome from Showdown voters. 'Kiss You There' has won three in a row, meaning he needs just two more wins to get the song into the Showdown Hall of Fame. Today and Tuesday, the new track will take on the latest from another of country music's top vocalists, Randy Houser.

'Goodnight Kiss' is the third single from Houser's 'How Country Feels' album. It's a mid-tempo love song that builds upon the spirit of his last single 'Runnin' Outta Moonlight.' There's a whole lot of lovin' going on around here, as two kissing songs square off in this song battle.

Listen to clips of both Dunn's and Houser's songs and vote for your favorite here. You can vote once every hour until this Showdown ends on Wednesday at 8AM ET, so come back and vote often to be sure your artist wins. The winner of this matchup will face a new challenger on Wednesday.

Showdown Rules: The song with the most votes wins, and the winner goes on to face a new challenger in the next Showdown. Vote as much as once per hour online. If a song wins five Showdowns in a row, it will be retired into the Taste of Country Showdown Hall of Fame to allow for new songs to compete. Some songs will be considered for a second Showdown if voter turnout is healthy in a losing effort.
