There has never been a better time for Sam Hunt to throw a house party than now. For the third time in just 63 weeks, the 'newcomer' has soared to the top spot on the country music charts.

"House Party" claimed the No. 1 spot on both the Billboard and Mediabase country radio airplay charts this week. This feat marks the third straight single from Hunt that has held reign, following his lead single "Leave the Night On" and the follow-up "Take Your Time." All three releases have also been certified platinum, with "Take Your Time" earning double-platinum status.

All of these hits come from Hunt's debut album, Montevallo, which dropped last October. Montevallo is the best-selling country album of 2015 to date. The project was certified gold in May, marking sales of 500,000 units. That makes the 30-year-old Georgia native the fastest new country artist to earn gold since 2012.

"Break Up in a Small Town" will be the fourth single released to radio from Montevallo. This hip-hop infused story song has already surpassed 500,000 units and will hit the air waves on Sept. 21.

Hunt is currently on the Wheels Up 2015 tour alongside Hunter Hayes and Lady Antebellum. The run wraps in Las Vegas on Oct. 3.

There won't be much time for a break, however — Hunt will almost immediately jump on Luke Bryan's 7th annual Farm Tour on Oct. 7, with Chris Janson and the Peach Pickers. Hunt will be present at 3 out of the 8 tour stops this fall.
