Sam Hunt has married the girl who inspired so many of his songs. The country star tied the knot with Hannah Lee Fowler in a hometown ceremony on Saturday (April 15).

TMZ has photos of the couple outside of their wedding venue in Cedartown, Ga., showing Fowler in a flowing white gown, her hair in a gentle side braid, and Hunt in what appears to be a tuxedo, carrying the train of her dress. On Friday, the gossip site first reported that Nashville designer Olia Zavozina would be handling the outfits for the entire wedding party, and that the often secretive couple will not sell pictures of the nuptials to any magazines. The images that have surfaced from the event were snapped from a distance. Hunt's producer, Shane McAnally, shared a photo to Instagram, captioning it, "Wedding like a back road."

TMZ reports the couple held their reception at a venue called In the Woods in Rockmart, Ga., and managed to get a few shots of the bride and groom from a distance during dinner. The site reports that just under 150 people attended the wedding, with "no celebs to speak of."

Hunt and Fowler had an on-again, off-again relationship for several years, and Fowler was the source of many of the songs on Hunt's smash debut album, Montevallo, including "Cop Car." They had been broken up, but began dating quietly again, keeping their romance under wraps.

Hunt proposed in the fall of 2016 while they were vacationing in Israel, but fans didn't know until January, one day after the singer-songwriter dropped a surprise new song called "Drinkin' Too Much."

The star told reporters in February that he was deep into planning his wedding and it would take place in the next couple of months, and recently said that it would take precedence over new music and his upcoming 15 in a 30 Tour. He was so excited about marrying Fowler that he had already been wearing his wedding ring in public, setting off speculation that the couple might have tied the knot in secret.

Hunt wrote his current single, "Body Like a Back Road," soon after they got engaged. “I connect music to the emotions that come from relationships, so most of the songs that I write are inspired by those circumstances, emotions, feelings, all that kind of stuff,” Hunt said in January.

He is set to headline at the 2017 Taste of Country Music Festival in Hunter, N.Y., this June.
