2011 has been a banner year for 'American Idol' winner Scotty McCreery. He's developed into such a beloved country music superstar that anything is possible for the teen -- maybe even a movie based on his meteoric rise. In a rapid fire series of questions offered up by the CMA blog, McCreery revealed which hot young Hollywood actor he would like to step into his boots in a biopic.

When asked who could portray him in a film about his life, McCreery said, "Let's go with Shia LaBeouf." That makes sense. We could see the 'Transformers' star accurately and effectively playing McCreery. But can he sing like a country boy?

The noted Christian also revealed that the Bible is on his nightstand, and that he'd love to have his way with covering Taylor Swift's 'Our Song,' for a simple reason. "It has a good little feel to it," McCreery said.

Or even better, how about a Scotty/Taylor vocal duet? On the CMAs? Just a thought.

McCreery's debut album, 'Clear as Day,' is in stores now.
