Lady Gaga mentored the 'American Idol' contestants on tonight's episode, and ever since she "went country" with an alternate version of her pop smash 'Born This Way,' Gaga has earned a bit of country cred. So it's not that much of a stretch to imagine a conversation between the Mother Monster and country singer Scotty McCreery!

For his second song tonight, McCreery sang 'Young Blood' by the Coasters. In the mentoring session, Gaga liked his choice, saying, "It shows his humor in his voice and his personality. He is so funny." She suggested that he move closer to the microphone, and compared the mic to being a girlfriend asking him to stick his tongue down her throat. She asked him to make love to the microphone so we can hear all of his beautiful tone!

During his incredibly animated and bluesy performance, McCreery was getting busy with that microphone like it was his hot girlfriend, and he did show off his humor, especially when he sang certain lyrics. He was certainly having a good old time on the stage and during his one-on-one with Gaga. "We just saw both sides of a Scotty concert," judge Randy Jackson said about McCreery's performances tonight.

"You made Gaga's yaya go lala," Steven Tyler said. Whatever that means. Perhaps it means fun? Because that's what McCreery was having.
