Southern Halo take fans behind the scenes both professionally and personally in their fun new "Rewind" video.

The sister trio consisting of Natalia, Christina and Hannah Morris originally hail from the small town of Cleveland, Miss., and they grew up steeped in various musical influences, giving their first public performance at a grocery store when the youngest sister, Hannah, was just 9 years old.

Now 16, she is the group's bassist, while 17-year-old Christina plays drums. Natalia is the oldest sister at 18, and she also serves as Southern Halo's lead singer, guitarist and principal songwriter. Together the sisters have blended influences as diverse as Vince Gill, Justin Timberlake, Dave Grohl, Pink, Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber to create a fresh new sound that they call CPR (Country Pop Rock). They possess a unique, sunny vocal blend that leaves an indelible stamp on "Rewind," helping the catchy pop-country tune stick instantly in the listener's head.

The lyrics to "Rewind" are about catching up on personal time and fun in the breaks from life on the road, and the video, which was directed by James and Heather Mathews, captures that spirit perfectly by interspersing behind-the-scenes shots of the talented teens at work with some carefree scenes of them during down time. The clip is debuting exclusively via Taste of Country.

"Oh yes! We just filmed the video for 'Rewind'  two days after my 16th birthday, on Saturday, May 7, and we had the most fun," Hannah Morris says.

"We have been so extremely excited to create a visual story for our song so that we can share the strong summer feelings of happiness and relaxation; which is exactly what 'Rewind' is all about — hanging around and chilling out with your friends in a pure state of paradise," Christina adds.  "And what’s paradise without laying by the banks in the boondocks? So, of course we had to do the filming on an island off the Mississippi River near Warfield Point Park in Greenville. We couldn’t have done it without our incredibly talented friends, James Mathews, his wife Heather Mathews, and everyone else in the camera crew."

"The day consisted of a lot of fun in the sun on the Mississippi River with all of our friends," Natalia relates. "We got to soak up the sun, have water gun fights, play in the river, and even sing along to 'Rewind' by a campfire!"

Southern Halo recently made their CMA Fest debut, and they are set to kick off the Say It With Pepsimoji summer event with 97.9 KICK FM on July 12 in Quincy, Ill. For more information about Southern Halo, visit their official website, or follow them on Facebook and Twitter.
